At TeaHaus, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; however, if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on unopened tea and hardware within 30 days of purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea pouches, but we are happy to resolve any quality issues.

Ensure your tea is in its original, heat-sealed packaging and that teaware is unused and stored in its original box.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the package back to our warehouse.

Once our tea masters inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
